Sr. ESP Specialist - Klaviyo

We're seeking a Sr. ESP Specialist with deep, hands-on Klaivyo expertise to own platform execution across a portfolio of fast-growth to enterprise consumer brands. This is a tactical, execution-first role — if you live in Klaivyo and take pride in doing it at a high level, keep reading.

This position is hands-on-keys tactical (coding, building segments, setting up flows etc). But think the most advanced elements possible in the platform.


-You know more about Klaviyo than their support does.

-You've pushed the boundaries of what's possible.

-You are meticulous but incredibly efficient navigating many moving parts. 

-You  don't blink when working with a small 75k list of a high-profile celebrity or a 20m list of an enterprise brand

What You’ll Do:

You'll be a hands-on Klaivyo tactical expert: building, coding, segmenting, and executing with precision across a high-volume client portfolio. You'll work closely with our Sr. Retention Strategists, who own client relationships and roadmaps, so you can stay focused on what you do best: flawless platform execution.

• Build and code emails with clean, precise HTML — pixel perfect, every time • Architect and implement complex flows, custom triggers and advanced automation logic • Own segmentation execution — building and maintaining precise audience segments • Execute high-volume send calendars with speed and accuracy, managing tight schedules across multiple clients • QA campaigns thoroughly before every send — you catch things others miss • Implement dynamic content and personalization using Klaviyo's templating and conditional logic • Collaborate with strategists to translate retention roadmaps into platform execution

Please Have:

• Extensive hands-on Kliavyo experience — this is not a generalist role

• Expert-level HTML/CSS email coding skills • Deep fluency in Klaviyo flows, segmentation, custom properties, and conditional logic • Experience building retention roadmaps, strategy decks, and performance reports • Experience managing high-volume send calendars across multiple brands simultaneously • Ability to work fast without sacrificing quality • Agency experience
